We are all made in God’s image, but the tongue is a constant reminder of our sinful nature.
God works to change us from the inside out. When the Holy Spirit works in our hearts, He gives us self control so that we can speak words that please God. We can control our mouths only with God’s help.🙏🏾
”With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be.“
