Have a Blessed 1st Sunday in February with Jesus. ❤️ Seek Him First. This is often called the Lord’s Prayer because Jesus gave it to His disciples as a model for all His followers to use as we pray. Jesus wants us to imitate it and teach it to others.
In this prayer we praise God, we pray for His work in the world; pray for our daily needs; pray for forgiveness; pray for help in our daily struggle.
Remember all that Jesus taught by example.🙏🏾
“After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.”
