Joy is Coming....

There is a lot many of us endure in this life: loss of loved ones, hurt, sickness, pain, divorce, discrimination, incarceration, abandonment, jealousy, envy, hate, depression, accidents, and other traumas. There is one constant we can choose to hold on to in the midst of trials:

The Love of Jesus Christ.

Jesus' love for us is constant. No matter what we've done or who we are, Jesus Loves us. Period.

"The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness."

(Jeremiah 31:3)

NOTHING can separate us from His Love:

"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor principalities, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

(Romans 8:38-39)

I'm so thankful Jesus placed in me His Joy, His Patience, His Peace, His Love, His Forgiveness, His Strength, and His Light that cannot be extinguished by life's occurrences.

I pray whenever you see me, you see Jesus in me. Troubles come my way just like everyone else, but I call on Jesus and His Spirit reminds me trials are temporary and that He has overcome them all!

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

(John 16:33)

When the fires come; you extinguish each flame when I call on and freely trust you.

When the earth beneath me rumbles, shakes and cracks, you keep me on solid ground.

When I call on you, trust you and speak your promises with Faith, you keep me sane.

You keep me steady during the after shocks of life.

In the midst of life's storms, when the wind and rain falls so fast and heavy

I can barely see; I remember what You endured on Calvary.

You took the beating, pain and death on a cross just for me;

So I would never have to endure that much misery.

You remove my sins, improve my vision, and now I see;

Whatever I face, you're always there with me;

I rejoice knowing life's pain and trials are history;

In You, Jesus, I have joyous Victory!

"For His anger endures but a moment, in His favor is life;

weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning."

(Psalm 30:5)

Prepare your hearts for Joy!

Ask Jesus to come into your heart and experience His Joy daily!

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

(Romans 10:9-10)

Be Blessed,

Sis Michelle
