Have a Blessed Wednesday with Jesus.🌿 Seek Him First. Meditate on Isaiah 53. God pulled back the curtain of time and let the people of Isaiah’s day look ahead to see the suffering Messiah and the resulting forgiveness made available to all people.
God is holy and we cannot enter His presence with sin. So the perfect, sinless Lamb of God, Jesus, took our sin and experienced the death we deserve. He made our sacrifice for us so we can now enter God’s holy presence.
“But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.”
Isaiah 53:5 NKJV
